Every Sunday, people practice savate in Heudreville-sur-Eure. The Eure Valley French Boxing Club has about fifteen members who practice the sport for fun. Savate, or French boxing, involves striking an opponent with the fists and feet on specific parts of the body.

A Christmas Market to Benefit Schoolchildren
They’re handing out orders for 75 Norman Christmas trees in the village square, in front of City Hall, as well as champagne, Burgundy wines, and chocolates from Bruges. Thanks to the funds raised, they’ll be going on a ski trip.
