Article 7 of Decree DTARS-SE No. 19/14 concerning the control of neighborhood noise in the Eure department is repealed and replaced by the following provisions:

Noisy activities carried out by private individuals—such as renovations, home improvement projects, and gardening—using tools or equipment such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, drills, planers, power saws, concrete mixers, air compressors, or high-pressure washers, etc., that are likely to cause a nuisance to the neighborhood may not be carried out—except in cases of emergency—either outdoors or inside buildings unless:
- Weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.;
- Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.;
- Sundays and holidays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
